Women Who Won the War is offering a unique fellowship opportunity for women and gender-diverse individuals who work in or are interested in investigative journalism, newsroom communication, or digital storytelling.
This fellowship focuses on strengthening skills in digital communication, social media strategy, and secure online engagement—especially within investigative newsrooms operating in conflict or repressive environments.
Participants will receive hands-on training on how to amplify stories through digital platforms while ensuring ethical and secure practices. The program is especially tailored to the needs of women and marginalized voices in the MENA region who aim to use media as a tool for accountability and social impact.
Applications are open now, with a deadline of April 10, 2025. Priority will be given to those with a strong motivation to use communication tools to support investigative work and bring underreported stories to light.
Deadline for this opportunity: 28-02-2025
This opportunity is part of a project supported by the Global Fund for Women.
